FROM THE OPPORTUNITY INVENTORY

The right information.
Wherever a fan finds it.

Crosscheck turns a recurring research theme into a practical review workflow.

I014 · RECURRING PROBLEM

Fan-facing facts drift across channels.

The reviewed interviews and product documents raised stale event details, dates, door times and ticket links across different channels. Four source groups contributed to this theme. These are historical observations; a pilot should establish the current need.

Private research inventory Original source links, interview references and coverage notes are retained in the private inventory.
I128 · OUR PRODUCT HYPOTHESIS

An event brief with a review loop.

Approve the important facts, record channel copy, compare it, and prepare a correction packet. A team can use it alongside its current CMS, ticketing partner and fan assistant.

AI extracts proposed facts with exact source quotes. People review those facts and decide whether a difference needs a correction or an exception.

This first version checks recorded snapshots. It does not monitor live sites, edit external systems, or prove that a client still has the historical problem.

HOW TO JUDGE A PILOT

Fewer conflicting answers.

Try one upcoming event with its channel owners. Count real discrepancies, false alarms, time spent reviewing, and time from an approved change to verified corrected copy.

The inventory covers accessible documents and conversations reviewed during research. It is not an exhaustive audit of Next League or proof of market demand.
